Adopt Franklin

Franklin is 4 years old and has had a frustrating life.

 The owner kept him in a cage for 12 plus hours a day.

He is happy to be out.  

He was set to be neutered this month but has a heart murmur. He needs to get an echocardiogram. whether it is safe for him to go under anesthesia.
