So there are 21 puppies/dogs living in cars on some guy’s property.
Backyard breeder in NC but he wants to stop and get rid of all the dogs.
They are living in cars because if they are lose the neighbors shoot and kill them.
He has proof of vaccinations from Tractor Supply and have gotten a dewormer but that’s it so far.
